| Richard H. Gasperini |
Graduated with honors from Washington and Lee University in 1991 and entered the University Of Virginia School of Law, graduating in 1994. Commissioned into the Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps and assigned to the XVIII Airborne Corps at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, where she served as Medical Claims Judge Advocate for Womack Army Medical Center. In that capacity she was responsible for defending all medical malpractice actions arising out of that major military medical center. In 2004 transferred to the U.S. Army Reserve with assignment as an Adjunct Professor in the Administrative and Civil Law Division at The Judge Advocate General’s School, Charlottesville, Virginia. Continues to serve in that capacity as a captain in the USAR. Upon leaving active duty, entered the private practice of law where she dedicates her entire efforts to medical malpractice litigation and health law. Education
